What was yours?
Any platform. PC, MMOs RPG, Xbox360.
I hate to say it but mine was the announcement of Metaplace. Not sure what it’s all about still, but at this point I’m kinda disappointed it wasn’t a worldly MMO to take the place of SWG. |

Biggest disappointment this year?
SoE wiping their testicles all over Pirates of the burning sea. I had been following that game for a long time and was ramping up to make it my next MMO. SoE's involvement killed that game in my eyes. There is no way I will sink another penny into any product or service they profit from. |

Age of Conan getting pushed back
Warhammer getting pushed back
No release date for Fallen Earth being set
BioWare being way, way too secretive about their project with LA. It's to the point where you really can't talk about it because we know so little about it
SOE spreading it's touch of death to so many promising games
-Bottom line: Not a good year for MMOs |

During a three month hiatus I was unable to find an MMO which didn't turn-out to be a lesser version of WoW. Many trials and one month subscriptions were crushed by the Blizzard Behemoth.
Otherwise, I had a great gaming year in 2007. |

What exactly were you dissapointed about? You were told what you were getting at the first sign of "World of Warcraft expansion". |

My biggest dissapointment in the MMO world would have to be the entire MMO market. All games currently planned and in development need to be put in an indefinete hold until all the current MMOs die and are finished.
My biggest dissapointment in the console world was Super Smash Brothers Melee getting pushed back till Feburary. Also another dissapointment was me NOT selling the PS3 as soon as I got it with the $900 from my PC instead of keeping it for a few months then selling it. |

Was hoping for something a little different, and maybe even an upgrade to the pvp. Then again, I probably was in one of those "THE PRE-NGE MIGHT COME BACK TOO!" moods. |

Not getting Fallen Earth Beta.... But 2008 is here..so sooon!!!
Uhm..
Disappointed that I found no decent MMO to play in 2007, and that those I did try really had no good community nor did I see shreds of RP in those games. Also a bit disappointed by WAR... It was not what I expected from a warhammer game
Crossing my fingers for SWG Emu and Fallen Earth this year, with AoC as my backup. |

I only played NWN2 this year. So my biggest gaming dissapointment is that i didnt find other games which i just had to play. Other than that im also very dissapointed that there is noone that has announced they are working on Masters of the unveirse MMORPG, or a Chuck Rock MMO. hell ill be happy if someone only made a new Chuck Rock singel player game . |

Mass Effect. Not a traditional BioWare game. Lacked everything outside the main story. |
